The tape unwinds from the roll smoothly for easy control, preventing shredding and splintering. The aggressive rubber adhesive grabs and adheres well to many surfaces and has proven to work well when applied to stucco and other coated exteriors. The rubber adhesive sticks instantly to paper, metal, wood plastic, glass, painted and other clean surfaces and resists lifting or curling. It removes cleanly from most opaque surfaces up to one month – an important feature that can improve the quality and aesthetic appeal of your finished jobs. Additionally, this tape has a conformable backing, adding to its versatility in a range of applications. From the Manufacturer 3M™ Outdoor Masking Poly Tape 5903, a UV-resistant, abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant tape, holds up for 30 days of exposure to sun and rain without deterioration, then removes cleanly from most opaque surfaces. Constructed of a polyethylene backing and synthetic rubber adhesive, the tape sticks and stays tight on most surfaces found in outdoor construction and maintenance operations, including brick, sealed masonry, and stucco.
