Well on each new investment can change control of the governments and it has to be said that one player is at the forefront of several casting weights at the same time, but only one aim is to reach: The Wealth. Imperial is not a game of territorial dominance... Imperial 2030 is based on Imperial, but with a change, the Swiss bank, over control of territories neutral (more tax...), you can control the channels of Suez and Panama, and this extension introduces the concept of supporters.
