The XPCM1(/M) Mount enables the installation of a PD1 or PD2 Series ORIC Piezoelectric Inertia Stage within a 30 mm Cage System. Four flexure clamps allow the mount to securely snap onto two cage rods, with a 5/64" (2.0 mm) hex setscrew for locking. The base plate features threaded holes, counterbores, and dowel pin holes for securing a PD1 series stage or PD2U(/M) adapter plate with a PD2 series stage. The stage-to-cage mount is crafted from black anodized aluminum.
